Happy Easter!!

There's no place like home...

We are finally back from a whirlwind trip down to Florida. My husband, daughter and I were in a wedding of some good friends in Naples, so we made quite a trip out of it. We started in Gainesville for my Dad's 60th surprise birthday party, headed down to Orlando to visit Mickey and the gang and visit some friends, then to Naples for the wedding, over to West Palm to hang out with the in-laws, back to Gainesville for a little rest, then finally home. Whew! I'm tired just typing all that. Not to mention, I stupidly got fake nails put on, which makes my typing extremely difficult. I can't wait for these suckers to fall off!!

I've got some new marketing postcards that I will be putting around town in the next week. Be on the lookout for them (and for the print credit you can get with one of these babies!). If you would like one in the mail, please contact me with your address.

Ahh, spring is around the corner and I am so excited. I'm shooting some samples for some exclusive mini sessions that I have coming up, so stay tuned for some sneak peeks. They include "little superheroes", "babies in bloom", and "spring tea party."

And last, but not least, Happy St. Patrick's Day! (and happy bday to my mom) Hope you all get some good luck today!

Giving back

I always knew that when I started my business, I wanted to have a way to consistantly help out children somehow. I'm excited to announce that I will be donating 10% of all the profits from my portrait collection sales to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital.

I have been blessed to have two healthy children, but there are so many children going through things their little bodies shouldn't have to. It's great to have a place like the Children's Hospital that is dedicated to their special medical needs. Kids have a special place in my heart and I would love to help out those in need.

Also, now through the end of March, if you make a donation to the East Tennessee Children's Hospital, I will award you a print credit in the amount of your donation to be used now until the end of the year. (proof of donation reqired) What are you waiting for??

Sweet things

I got my little one's valentine's done yesterday and I thought I would share. The little man thinks he is too cool.

New website!

I've been working on a new website for a while now and I'm proud to announce that it is finally live! (Same web address, here's a quick link for you www.tinymiraclesphotography.com) Please check it out!! I've also added some new collections and the 2008 session prices are now in effect.

The blog also got a face life. Nothing crazy, I just thought it should match a little more. Sooo, for the first two people to send me an email through the contact page of my new website will receive their choice of a $25 gift card towards a future photo session or a copy of my new favorite cookbook, the Sneaky Chef.

Also, the location for the Valentine's mini sessions that I hinted at fell through, so I won't be doing those this year. However, if you would like custom Valentine's cards, I can make those from any session done by February 3rd. I'll be posting my little one's cards soon.
